Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or serving
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- certification or willingness to obtain Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler certifications
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests promptly with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail

- take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to guests

- perform opening and closing side work per company standards
- adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- comply with Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler, and other certification requirements
- follow state liquor laws and serve alcohol responsibly
- accurately use POS systems to ring orders and close checks
- handle all cash and credit transactions per established procedures
- maintain positive interactions with team members and management
- respond flexibly to operational needs and perform other duties as assigned
