previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
strong communication skills
ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
basic math skills
ability to stand and walk for extended periods

accurately take and deliver food and drink orders ensuring timely service and presentation standards are met
anticipate and respond to guest needs ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience
process payments efficiently and accurately maintaining proper cash handling procedures
maintain a clean organized and inviting dining area adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines
collaborate effectively with kitchen and host staff to ensure seamless service flow
