The park operates seasonally with an extended season model running from early May through the first week of January 2027. This seasonal employment period allows team members to be a part of a vibrant and energetic environment for a significant part of the year, offering a dynamic workplace atmosphere where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to enhance the guest experience. The park places a strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and innovative operational leadership. Team members are encouraged to embody company values and deliver excellence through leadership and teamwork.
The position advertised is a leadership role focused on the efficient and profitable operation of multiple food and beverage locations within the park. The role requires an individual who can assist Area Managers in developing and executing effective strategies that support food service operations, team leadership, and guest service standards. It also involves mentoring and developing team members, promoting a positive workplace culture, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness and safety standards to exceed health inspection expectations. The successful candidate will possess strong decision-making skills, an ability to communicate effectively with hosts and guests, and uphold the park's high standards in both guest service and operational compliance. This role plays a key part in maximizing revenue through suggestive selling, upselling, and merchandising techniques while ensuring operational tasks and schedules are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities consistent with the company’s leadership philosophy and have the ability to enforce park policies fairly and firmly.
