With a firm commitment to quality and guest satisfaction, the hotel maintains a prestigious reputation renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. It offers a dynamic work environment that embraces diversity, creativity, and professional growth. The company prioritizes employee development, ensuring that each team member is empowered to contribute meaningfully to the brand's continued success and innovation.

This full-time, non-management position emphasizes direct engagement with sales and marketing operations within the hotel. A key aspect of the role is customer service excellence, where the individual will act as a primary contact for clients, communicating via phone and email to answer questions and manage inquiries related to property facilities, services, promotions, and event details. The position requires coordination of reservation confirmations for special and holiday events and collaboration with the Room Service Department to facilitate food and beverage sales in hospitality suites.

General office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying are part of the daily workflow, supporting different departments, specifically Champions and Room Service. The individual must uphold all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, secure confidential information, and safeguard company assets. In alignment with hospitality standards, the employee is expected to welcome guests warmly, anticipate and address their needs proactively, and express genuine appreciation for their patronage.

Effective communication skills are mandatory, including clear and professional oral and written communication, telephone etiquette, and accurate preparation and review of written documents. Building and maintaining positive working relationships within the team is essential for achieving collective goals, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining quality assurance standards.

The physical demands of this role include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
