Job Duties
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
- promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- gather materials and assemble information packages
- use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- assist management team to develop, implement, and execute revenue and marketing programs
- develop, coordinate, and implement social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs
- enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales-related information in software
- answer guest questions about property facilities and services
- serve as point of contact for clients via phone and email
- coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events
- coordinate selling of food and beverage in hospitality suites through Room Service
- perform general office duties to support Champions and Room Service
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- perform physical tasks as required
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
