Job Description

Legends Global is a renowned leader in venue management and hospitality services, operating across various high-profile locations with a strong commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. As the world’s leading venue management and services company, Legends Global prides itself on creating memorable experiences through meticulous service, innovative solutions, and a dedicated workforce. With a diverse portfolio that includes stadiums, entertainment venues, convention centers, and more, Legends Global offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where quality, teamwork, and professionalism are paramount. The company values its employees and promotes an inclusive culture that supports career growth and personal development.

This particular opportunity is based in Richmond, Virginia, and is tailored for individuals seeking part-time, hourly work with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position reports directly to the Senior Food and Beverage Manager, aligning with the Food and Beverage department to ensure seamless service delivery across concession locations.

The F&B Runner plays a vital role in the overall food and beverage operations by managing the flow of inventory and ensuring that concession stands and storage areas are well-stocked, organized, and compliant with company policies. The role demands a candidate who can efficiently handle stocking, rotation, receiving, and maintenance tasks to guarantee foodservice equipment and product quality. This includes adhering to FIFO (first in, first out) inventory practices, participating in product transfers before and during events, and maintaining clean and orderly workspaces.

The position also demands strong collaboration with Food and Beverage Managers and team members, requiring effective communication, reliability, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately. The F&B Runner is expected to maintain professional relationships within the workplace and ensures guests receive prompt, quality service.

Additionally, this role requires physical stamina as it involves lifting up to 40 pounds regularly, standing, walking, bending, and working under high-stress situations, such as busy event days or tight timeframes. The hourly compensation for this role is $15.00 per hour plus tips where applicable, aligning with Virginia's labor laws. This makes the position ideal for candidates looking for a stable part-time job with competitive pay in a reputable, global company.

Legends Global is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer, actively encouraging women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and protected veterans to apply. The company supports employees in their efforts to build meaningful careers, offering a positive, team-oriented environment where every contribution is valued.
