The Food and Beverage Outlet Manager plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing these guest experiences. This position involves assisting in the management of all food and beverage operations within the hotel to ensure service excellence and financial success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably within high-volume restaurant or hotel settings. They will be experienced in forecasting, labor management, and inventory control, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfort with learning new software and computer literacy is essential, and multi-unit management experience is considered a plus. The position requires working varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers a salary ranging from $70,000 to $73,000 depending on experience and location.

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage

Job Duties
- Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations to ensure guest service, food quality, inventory management, reservations, budgeting, and marketing
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
- Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and efficiently
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
