Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with forecasting, labor management, and inventory control
  • Comfort with new software and technology
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a supervisory position within food and beverage, preferably in high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with forecasting, labor management, and inventory
  • Computer literacy and comfort with learning new software
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Multi-unit management experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations to ensure guest service, food quality, inventory management, reservations, budgeting, and marketing
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
