The company emphasizes a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and superior customer service, striving to create a welcoming environment where employees and guests alike can enjoy memorable moments. Through its innovative entertainment options and well-maintained venues, Round One has established itself as a premier destination for entertainment and dining.

The Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor role at Round One is a dynamic position that requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment. As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all food and beverage operations within the location, ensuring they meet the company's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers full-time employment and a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $18.75. The supervisor is tasked with forecasting, planning, and managing orders, staffing, and financial aspects related to food and beverage services. Your responsibilities will include maximizing sales and revenue, elevating customer experiences, and fostering positive employee engagement.

In this role, you will handle a broad range of duties from overseeing daily operations and scheduling staff to managing department budgets and payrolls. You must enforce compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to maintain a safe and efficient environment. Leadership and communication skills are critical, as you will motivate team members, conduct performance reviews, and cultivate a team-oriented atmosphere that promotes respect and integrity. The work environment is lively, often involving high noise levels typical of entertainment centers, and physical demands are considerable, requiring mobility and the ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting.

Round One values diversity and inclusivity and expects candidates to demonstrate a strong sense of customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with open availability to support various shifts including day, night, and potentially overnight shifts. The F&B Supervisor will also undergo a mandatory 4-5 week training session, which may be conducted out of town or state, to ensure thorough preparation for the role. The company offers comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan with 401(k) matching to support employee well-being and professional growth.
