Job Description

EDITION Hotels, a distinguished brand under the globally recognized Marriott International portfolio, combines the visionary genius of boutique hotelier Ian Schrager with the unparalleled service standards of a world-class luxury hotel. Located at 500 Channelside Drive in Tampa, Florida, this property epitomizes a unique blend of polish with personality, delivering exceptional comfort, charisma, and charm in an environment that balances perfectionism with individualism. The EDITION brand caters to sophisticated and discerning consumers who appreciate quality, originality, design, and top-tier service excellence—without limitations or boundaries. These hotels aim to provide guests with an experience that is both authentically personal and exquisitely professional.

Marriott International is committed to equal opportunity employment, fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces where all associates are valued for their unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences. At EDITION, this ethos comes alive in an environment where service is delivered from the heart rather than a manual, and where every team member contributes to creating a dynamic, theatrical performance that delights and enchants guests at every turn.

This full-time management position entails overseeing the daily operations of the Food and Beverage (F&B) department. The role is essential to maintaining the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with company and legal policies, and managing budgets effectively. The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $75,000 annually, inclusive of eligibility for performance bonuses.

The F&B Manager will supervise shift operations, monitor staff performance, and maintain operational excellence by setting and enforcing standards across all food and beverage service areas. Responsibilities include managing supply orders, conducting self-inspections, coordinating cleaning programs, and fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. The role also involves acting as a role model for customer service by taking proactive measures to address guest concerns and consistently reinforcing the brand’s service culture.

Candidates will ideally have a high school diploma or GED with at least four years of experience in the food and beverage or culinary fields. Alternatively, applicants with a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related majors combined with two years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. This position demands a versatile leader who understands employee positions well enough to step in as needed and continuously strives for operational improvements.

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, authentic personality who thrives on teamwork, empowerment, and delivering extraordinary service experiences. They will support their teams in meeting both the operational and financial goals while promoting a culture of trust, respect, and cooperation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected brand renowned for excellence in the hospitality industry and to contribute to a workplace where employees feel inspired, challenged, and valued.
