The Food and Beverage Operations Manager position at Twin Peaks is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the restaurant to ensure outstanding guest service and optimal financial results. This role demands an experienced professional who can manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations with expertise and a proactive approach. The manager will lead a team through effective coaching, performance management, and development initiatives, cultivating a productive and engaged workforce. Key responsibilities include maintaining operational excellence, enforcing brand standards, adhering to health and safety regulations, and managing cost controls such as labor, food inventory, and cash handling. In this position, the Food and Beverage Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager and other leadership personnel to implement strategies that drive sales growth while maintaining cost efficiency. The manager will ensure all team members have access to comprehensive training programs designed to uphold service quality and compliance with legal standards, including food safety and responsible alcohol service.

The role operates within a high-energy restaurant environment that requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and working in various temperature and noise conditions. Furthermore, the Food and Beverage Operations Manager must complete all required management training provided by Twin Peaks and maintain necessary certifications relevant to food safety and alcohol service.

Job Requirements

  • must complete all required management training offered by twin peaks prior to independent work
  • must maintain all necessary local and state certifications including food safety and alcohol service permits
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 10 hours
  • ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds
  • ability to bend reach and perform various physical tasks as necessary
  • comfortable working in hot wet or high-volume conditions
  • strong leadership experience in restaurant or bar environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • proven ability to manage team and drive results

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a vibrant restaurant or bar environment
  • strong understanding of both front of house and heart of house operations
  • proven experience in team leadership result-driven strategies and performance management
  • experience with inventory management labor control and p and l fundamentals is preferred
  • effective leadership coaching and team development capabilities
  • thrives in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • strong communication and conflict resolution skills
