The Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Twin Peaks plays a pivotal role in steering the daily operations of this bustling restaurant. Job Requirements

  • must complete all required management training offered by Twin Peaks prior to independent work
  • must maintain all necessary local and state certifications, including food safety and alcohol service permits
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
  • ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds
  • ability to bend, reach, and perform various physical tasks as necessary
  • comfortable working in hot, wet, or high-volume conditions

Job Duties

  • deliver top-tier service, hospitality, food, and beverage quality consistently

  • implement and enforce Steps of Service to ensure a uniform guest experience
  • maintain rigorous compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • drive sales growth through effective operational execution, local marketing strategies, and team engagement
  • control costs efficiently, overseeing labor, food, and inventory management
  • implement cash handling procedures, including drawer assignments and deposits
  • recruit, hire, and train team members for both Front of House and Heart of House
  • coach and motivate employees to meet and exceed performance expectations
  • maintain comprehensive training programs and materials for staff development
  • promote a positive, inclusive, and professional workplace
  • ensure responsible alcohol service in line with all applicable laws
  • address employee concerns, including harassment issues, following company policy
  • maintain a work environment free from discrimination and unsafe behaviors
  • document incidents and compliance concerns accurately
  • enforce all brand standards related to service, cleanliness, and operational procedures
  • ensure compliance with company policies on appearance, scheduling, and performance standards
