The position available is a full-time Food and Beverage Management role at The Ritz-Carlton located at 1250 S Hayes St, Arlington, Virginia. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $63,000 to $82,000, with eligibility for performance bonuses. It requires a leadership professional who can supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies, standards, and legal requirements while maintaining high-quality service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the department, including managing staffing levels, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, and maintaining the operating budget. You will play a key role in fostering teamwork, motivation, and empowerment among your team members, helping to create a positive and productive work environment. This role involves actively supporting supervisors and team members, understanding the evolving needs of employees, and encouraging a culture that embraces both successes and learning from failures.
