- Proficient in problem-solving to drive results, enhance sales, and streamline operations

Job Duties
- Take charge of diverse food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, and catering services
- Drive food service sales and achieve performance targets focusing on quality and consistency
- Collaborate with peers to analyze trends and create actionable plans
- Become the expert on food programs and promotions, ensuring effective marketing strategies
- Lead training initiatives for Customer Service Associates to foster outstanding service and proficiency
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and development of team members, recognizing and encouraging great performance
- Maintain clean, safe, and inviting food service areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance for smooth daily operations
