We are currently seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in managing and overseeing Wawa’s diverse food and beverage programs, which include fresh food offerings, grab-and-go meals, and catering services. The Operations Manager is responsible for driving food service sales, ensuring product quality and consistency, and meeting performance targets. You will work collaboratively with peers to analyze market and sales trends, develop actionable plans, and execute successful food programs and promotions that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
In this leadership role, you will be the expert and key point of contact regarding food programs and marketing strategies. You will lead training initiatives tailored to enhance the skills of Customer Service Associates, promoting a culture of outstanding service and operational excellence. Furthermore, you will support the recruitment, scheduling, training, and professional development of team members, recognizing and encouraging excellent performance to maintain a motivated workforce.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting service area is essential, and this role will require adherence to all health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies, and overseeing equipment maintenance to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23.40 to $31.55, commensurate with experience and location, alongside eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership experience preferably in food service or retail environments
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
