Candidates for this role should have a strong background in food and beverage, culinary, or related sectors, with a minimum of four years’ experience coupled with a high school diploma or GED, or alternatively a two-year degree in a relevant field with at least two years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership abilities, communications skills, and a commitment to Marriott’s brand philosophy. They must be approachable, motivated, and capable of balancing the operational demands with the well-being and development of their team. This is a dynamic, customer-facing managerial role where the successful candidate will contribute directly to the hotel’s reputation for quality and excellence in guest service.
