Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- strong communication skills
- physical agility and endurance
- flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- preferred certifications: Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, TABC Certification, and CPR
- strong communication and leadership skills
- proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets
Job Duties
- Uphold Invited service excellence and food safety standards
- provide outstanding service to guests and ensure timely order execution
- supervise service staff and support their development to maintain high service quality
- oversee dining room setups and event specifications to ensure readiness for service
- conduct opening and closing procedures for shifts while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- lead staff meetings and training sessions, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team
- maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu and beverage offerings
- effectively communicate with the team to ensure smooth operations
