The hotel features Food and Beverage operations anchored by Art and Soul, a distinguished restaurant located on the ground floor. YOTEL Washington DC is currently seeking a highly motivated Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the Front of House restaurant operations at Art and Soul. This key leadership role requires collaboration with both front and back of house teams to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining high-quality dining experiences. The Operations Manager will also work closely with fellow Food & Beverage managers to coordinate banquet events, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional hospitality and event execution.

Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to customer service excellence
- proficiency with point of sale systems
- ability to lead and motivate a team
