Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to customer service excellence
- proficiency with point of sale systems
- ability to lead and motivate a team
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in food and beverage management
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of service standards and hospitality regulations
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- excellent communication skills
- experience with banquet event coordination
- background in contemporary American cuisine preferred
Job Duties
- oversee front of house restaurant operations
- collaborate with front and back of house teams
- manage day-to-day service delivery
- coordinate banquet events with other food and beverage managers
- maintain high standards of customer service
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- train and mentor staff
