With a strong focus on quality, service consistency, and financial performance, we operate in a dynamic, high-volume environment that thrives on teamwork, innovation, and a guest-centric approach.

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our dedicated team and take charge of overseeing the seamless operation of our food and beverage department. This role is critical within our hotel, as it involves managing multiple outlets simultaneously and ensuring that every aspect of service execution aligns with our high standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing multi-outlet food and beverage operations, preferably within hotel or resort settings, with a hands-on leadership style that drives team performance and operational efficiency.

This managerial position involves close collaboration with culinary leadership to maintain quality standards across all outlets, as well as tracking and optimizing financial performance, including labor management, cost controls, forecasting, and profit and loss responsibilities. The Food & Beverage Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in coaching and developing department managers and frontline staff to maintain consistent service levels and improve operational workflows without compromising on guest satisfaction.

This opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $95,000 annually, complemented by a 10 percent bonus structure, reflecting the importance of the role in achieving the hotel’s operational and financial goals. Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply, and relocation support is provided to ease the transition to Memphis. Working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, this role demands strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.

If you are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a challenging work atmosphere, and have the expertise to balance guest experience with operational discipline, this position offers a rewarding career path with excellent compensation and benefits. Join us at our full-service hotel and become part of a team committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in the vibrant Memphis hospitality scene.
