Job Description

We are a prestigious full-service hotel located in Memphis, Tennessee, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. Our establishment prides itself on offering a dynamic and vibrant environment through multiple dining outlets, in-room service, and a sophisticated lounge bar. Known for our commitment to excellence, we continually strive to create memorable moments by blending comfortable luxury, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our hotel serves a diverse clientele ranging from business travelers to leisure guests, making it an exciting place for professionals passionate about the hospitality industry to grow and thrive. We understand the importance of maintaining not only superior service quality but also operational efficiency to stay competitive in the fast-paced hospitality market. This dedication has positioned us as a leader in hotel operations within the region, with a strong reputation for quality and innovation in food and beverage services.

The Food & Beverage Operations Leader role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-volume and multifaceted operation within such a historic and bustling hospitality establishment. This position is designed for a driven leader who can take ownership of daily operations across multiple venues including restaurants, room service, and the lounge/bar areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing both department managers and frontline staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and exceptional guest service. This role requires a hands-on individual who enjoys being active on the floor engaging directly with team members and guests alike rather than focusing solely on behind-the-scenes administrative work.

You will be instrumental in elevating service standards to ensure a consistent and superior guest experience across all dining outlets. Financial acumen is critical in this role, as you will oversee labor management, cost control, and revenue enhancement strategies to drive profitability. Collaborating with the culinary team, the leader will ensure the quality and execution of food and beverage offerings meet the hotel’s brand standards and guest expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, while also spotting opportunities to innovate and enhance operational workflows without adversely affecting guest satisfaction.

This position comes with a competitive base salary of $95,000 and includes a 10% bonus, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role. Our hotel supports relocation candidates and offers relocation assistance to ease the transition for the ideal leader ready to take on this exciting challenge. This role is perfect for those who have at least four years of leadership experience in hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage operations, preferably within full-service or luxury hotels, and who thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, we invite you to apply for this rewarding leadership opportunity.
