The Food & Beverage Operations Leader role is a pivotal position at our prestigious hotel, designed for a dynamic and experienced professional ready to lead and innovate within a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role entails managing the daily operations of multiple dining venues, in-room service, and bar/lounge areas, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and guest experience are met consistently. You will lead a diverse team, fostering development and mentorship among department managers and frontline employees to build a skilled and motivated workforce. This leadership position demands a hands-on approach, emphasizing visibility and active engagement on the floor, enabling real-time responsiveness to operational demands and guest needs.

In addition to managing operations, the Food & Beverage Operations Leader will play a critical role in financial oversight, focusing on labor management, cost control, and revenue optimization. You will collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet stringent quality and presentation standards. The role requires an ability to identify and implement efficiencies without compromising on guest satisfaction or service uniformity. Adherence to brand standards and compliance with health and safety regulations are fundamental to this position.

Ideal candidates will possess over four years of leadership experience within hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage environments, preferably in full-service or luxury hotels and resorts. Proven ability to manage multiple venues simultaneously and strong financial acumen in labor, forecasting, and profit and loss responsibilities are essential. This role offers a competitive salary of $95,000 with an additional 10 percent bonus and includes relocation support for candidates moving to Memphis.
