The role of Food and Beverage Operations Director at Invited is a pivotal position that involves leading the overall strategic execution of food and beverage operations within the club. This leadership role works closely with the General Manager and the Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards of service and culinary quality, ensuring members receive exceptional experiences at every visit. As a Food and Beverage Operations Director, you will oversee the creation of a high-quality member environment by managing staffing, programming, and service operations. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives for member events and food and beverage services that align with member needs and revenue objectives. Engaging directly with members and working with member committees to design activities enhances member engagement, making the role highly interactive and member-focused.

This role also demands professional handling of member and guest requests, including last-minute changes, to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded consistently. You will be expected to develop and execute aggressive sales, marketing, and revenue plans while managing departmental expenses and forecasts. Efficient scheduling and labor cost budgeting are critical to maintaining resource utilization. Furthermore, you will implement service recovery programs and train staff to manage and resolve member concerns with professionalism.
