The company prides itself on offering a range of top-tier amenities, including championship golf courses, modern office facilities, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, and well-equipped fitness centers. This commitment to excellence and community has helped establish Invited as a leader in delivering outstanding experiences to private club members nationwide.
The role of Food and Beverage Operations Director at Invited is a pivotal position that involves leading the overall strategic execution of food and beverage operations within the club. This leadership role works closely with the General Manager and the Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards of service and culinary quality, ensuring members receive exceptional experiences at every visit. The director’s responsibilities include driving operational efficiency and revenue growth while fostering a culture that prioritizes outstanding service. The position requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for service excellence.
As a Food and Beverage Operations Director, you will oversee the creation of a high-quality member environment by managing staffing, programming, and service operations. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives for member events and food and beverage services that align with member needs and revenue objectives. Engaging directly with members and working with member committees to design activities enhances member engagement, making the role highly interactive and member-focused.
This role also demands professional handling of member and guest requests, including last-minute changes, to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded consistently. You will be expected to develop and execute aggressive sales, marketing, and revenue plans while managing departmental expenses and forecasts. Efficient scheduling and labor cost budgeting are critical to maintaining resource utilization. Furthermore, you will implement service recovery programs and train staff to manage and resolve member concerns with professionalism.
Recruitment, hiring, and staff development are essential components of the position, requiring you to build and maintain a skilled team dedicated to exceptional service delivery. You will create a dynamic work environment, promoting teamwork, mutual respect, and the achievement of service and revenue goals. Performance reviews and ongoing training are part of the developmental opportunities you will administer. Collaboration with other departments ensures that food and beverage operations align with the club’s overall strategic goals.
Leading department meetings and training sessions will keep your team well-informed and prepared to uphold the club’s standards. You will monitor operations for compliance and continuously seek improvements in service. Managing all food and beverage aspects of private events will also fall under your responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution.
Employment with Invited offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package tailored to individual skills, experience, and education for full-time team members. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid time off and leave programs.
