Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in club management or related role within the food and beverage sector
- Proven leadership of multi-million-dollar operations with sound financial decision-making skills
- Experience with sensitive materials like member and employee data
- Strong background in service training and alcohol management
- Computer proficiency, especially in spreadsheet software
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in club management or related role within the food and beverage sector
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification are a plus
- Proven leadership of multi-million-dollar operations with sound financial decision-making skills
- Experience with sensitive materials like member and employee data
- Strong background in service training and alcohol management
- Computer proficiency, especially in spreadsheet software
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
- Completion of various food and beverage training modules is advantageous
Job Duties
- Enhance member relations and facilities by creating a high-quality environment through effective staffing, programming, and service operations
- Spot and implement initiatives for member events and food and beverage services that meet member needs and contribute to revenue goals
- Engage with members individually and in groups to ensure their expectations are exceeded consistently
- Work with member committees to design and execute activities that enhance engagement
- Professionally accommodate changes and last-minute requests from members and guests
- Develop and implement aggressive sales, marketing, and revenue plans while managing department expenses and forecasts
- Oversee scheduling and labor cost budgeting to ensure efficient use of resources
- Implement effective service recovery programs and train staff to manage member concerns professionally
- Recruit, hire, and develop skilled staff dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Create a dynamic work environment promoting teamwork and mutual respect, while achieving service and revenue objectives
- Conduct performance reviews and provide developmental opportunities for staff growth
- Ensure consistent training delivery to guarantee high-quality service and product offerings
- Collaborate closely with other departments to align food and beverage operations with overall club strategies
- Lead department meetings and training sessions to keep staff informed and prepared
- Monitor operations for compliance with club standards and improve service as needed
- Manage all food and beverage aspects of private events, ensuring smooth operation
