The available position is for a responsible and hands-on leader to oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations at various venues managed by the company. This role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently direct opening staff, manage inventory and supply deliveries, and ensure a smooth workflow across different operational areas. The individual will be responsible for completing daily shift summary reports, coordinating the delivery of food and beverage items, and verifying the accuracy and quality of orders received. The successful candidate will ensure all workstations are adequately staffed and that all customer service standards are consistently upheld. This leadership role demands strong organizational, communication, POS, and cash handling skills to maintain operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with three years of related experience or training, including at least one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, sheriff’s card, and alcohol awareness certification. The schedule includes weekends and holidays, emphasizing the need for flexibility and dedication.
