Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Three years related experience or training including one year supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Sheriff’s Card
- Alcohol Awareness certification
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations at various venues
- Provide work direction and leadership for opening staff
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate verification of food and beverage supplies
- Complete daily shift summary reports to maintain operational records
- Coordinate delivery of food and beverage items and verify product quality
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage at all workstations
- Maintain strong customer service standards and handle POS and cash transactions efficiently
