Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage management experience preferred
- Ability to complete ServSafe training and certification
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

- Prior experience in food and beverage management or retail operations preferred
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and schedules effectively
- Knowledge of inventory and expense control

Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experience
- Manage day-to-day food and beverage store operations
- Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
- Promote store profitability by maintaining brand standards and executing marketing programs
- Control expenses, monitor inventory levels, and manage shortage control
- Enforce company programs, policies, and procedures
- Complete required training including ServSafe certification and retail operation programs
