The company places strong emphasis on core values that guide its operations and foster an inclusive, supportive workplace environment. Spinx’s motto, "Making Life Easier," is more than a slogan—it reflects the company’s ongoing mission to enhance the daily lives of its customers through exceptional service and efficient operations.
The Food and Beverage Manager role at Spinx is central to achieving this mission, combining operational leadership with hands-on management of food service activities. This full-time position offers an average annual base salary of $50,000, supplemented by a monthly bonus averaging $500 and an annual profit-sharing benefit around $800, making it an attractive opportunity for managerial professionals seeking growth and rewarding compensation. The role requires a strong leader who can oversee day-to-day store functions, including food operations, safety standards, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and employee training and supervision.
Beyond operational management, the Food and Beverage Manager is pivotal in promoting store profitability by enforcing strict adherence to brand standards, implementing marketing programs, controlling expenses, managing inventory, and preventing shortages. The company supports its managers through comprehensive training programs, including computer-based modules for new hires, ServSafe certification, and extensive training covering food and beverage management and retail operations over approximately 4 to 6 weeks each. This equips managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a competitive retail environment.
As a leader, the Food and Beverage Manager is entrusted with creating a welcoming and customer-centric atmosphere. The role demands a hands-on approach to ensure exceptional customer experiences while fostering a motivated and cohesive team. Managers are expected to plan and prepare work schedules effectively, ensuring that staffing levels meet customer demands at all times.
Working at Spinx means being part of a company that values its employees and offers a suite of benefits, including paid time off after six months, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing, weekly fuel discounts, holiday savings, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, disability benefits, and tuition reimbursement opportunities. This comprehensive benefits package, combined with competitive pay and professional development, makes Spinx an ideal workplace for those passionate about food service management and looking to make a meaningful impact within their community.
