The Food and Beverage Manager role at Spinx is a full-time leadership position that offers an average annual base salary of $54,000, paid hourly. In addition to the base salary, employees in this role can expect an average monthly bonus of $500, annual profit sharing of $800, and approximately $3,000 in annual tuition reimbursement, which reflects the company's investment in employee development.
