The Food and Beverage Manager role at Spinx is a full-time leadership position that offers an average annual base salary of $54,000, paid hourly. In addition to the base salary, employees in this role can expect an average monthly bonus of $500, annual profit sharing of $800, and approximately $3,000 in annual tuition reimbursement, which reflects the company's investment in employee development. This role involves comprehensive oversight of day-to-day store operations with a focus on the food and beverage sector. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising employees to ensure efficient store performance and excellent customer service. The Food and Beverage Manager is tasked with promoting store profitability, upholding brand standards, executing marketing programs, managing expenses, controlling inventory levels, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Employees in this position receive rigorous training, including computer-based training for new hires, ServSafe certification, and an average of 4-6 weeks of dedicated training in both food and beverage operations and retail store management. As a key leader, the manager directs staff to provide an outstanding customer experience, focusing on customer satisfaction and team engagement. This role requires the ability to plan and prepare work schedules, lead a team of three to fifteen store members, and work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week, with flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move various weights as necessary. Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of related food service or retail management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, a valid in-state driver’s license, auto insurance, a clean motor vehicle record, and maintaining NRE Certification are required.
