Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with members, guests, and employees in person and by phone
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience required
- Private club or country club experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, banquet service, and beverage management
- Proven experience managing budgets, labor, and inventory controls
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all food and beverage operations including dining outlets, lounges, banquet events, beverage programs, and special club functions
- Ensure exceptional member and guest service standards are consistently maintained
- Develop and maintain operating procedures and service standards for all food and beverage areas
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers, supervisors, and hourly team members
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with Club leadership to enhance the overall member experience
