Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in food and beverage operations
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a hospitality environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of current food safety and alcohol service laws
