Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management especially in luxury hotel environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with food and beverage management software
  • Knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing food and beverage operations preferably in luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership coaching and team development skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage expenses cost control and budgeting
  • Ability to implement marketing strategies and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
  • Relevant hospitality or business degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets ensuring top-tier quality service and marketing strategies
  • Support development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies monitoring trends and gathering feedback
  • Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food and Beverage department ensuring smooth daily operations and implementing cost controls for food beverage and labor expenses
  • Support delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality service and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction drive revenue and maximize profitability
  • Supervise coach and mentor team members provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements to build retain and engage a high-performing team
  • Maintain compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
