Job Requirements

  • Full time management position with flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred
  • Desire to anticipate and understand guest needs in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food and beverage management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage areas including scheduling and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and operating procedures
  • Manage and support bars and restaurants while coordinating with other hotel departments
  • Hire, train, develop, and promote staff while continuously reinforcing standards
  • Lead and coach teams towards exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage special events and holiday functions
  • Control food and beverage costs and analyze performance metrics
