Job Requirements
- Full time management position with flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred
- Desire to anticipate and understand guest needs in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in computer and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively

- Previous food and beverage management or supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in general computer knowledge and point-of-sale systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage areas including scheduling and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and operating procedures
- Manage and support bars and restaurants while coordinating with other hotel departments
- Hire, train, develop, and promote staff while continuously reinforcing standards
- Lead and coach teams towards exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction
- Plan, coordinate, and manage special events and holiday functions
- Control food and beverage costs and analyze performance metrics
