The Food & Beverage Manager role at The Ellison Hotel is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of food and beverage operations. The manager will play a strategic role in planning and overseeing daily operations, including staff management, menu optimization, inventory control, and supplier relations. In this role, the Food & Beverage Manager will be intimately involved in financial analysis and cost control initiatives to meet the hotel’s budgetary goals. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hospitality setting

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
