Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and compliance
  • Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of food and beverage staff
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels and negotiate favorable terms
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to plan and execute promotions and special events
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
