Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
  • Proven ability to manage budgets control costs and analyze financial reports
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily food and beverage operations ensuring high standards of quality and service
  • Develop and implement operational policies procedures and standards to optimize efficiency and compliance
  • Manage recruitment training scheduling and performance evaluation of food and beverage staff
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels and negotiate favorable terms
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to plan and execute promotions and special events
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
