Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise daily food and beverage operations ensuring high standards of quality and service
- Develop and implement operational policies procedures and standards to optimize efficiency and compliance
- Manage recruitment training scheduling and performance evaluation of food and beverage staff
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels and negotiate favorable terms
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to plan and execute promotions and special events
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
