The Food & Beverage Manager role at Hilton is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the operations of one or more dining outlets within the hotel. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
