CMC Hotels is currently seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join their management team. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations at one of CMC's hotel properties. This includes managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, hiring, training, and coaching staff, and maintaining high standards that align with both franchise and company expectations. The role also involves collaboration with the Hotel General Manager and participation in the Manager on Duty program, which supports overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
