Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of F&B management experience
- Experience in luxury, lifestyle, resort, or high-volume outdoor dining environment preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the daily operations of the pool, beach, and A-Z Club F&B operations, ensuring seamless service and a vibrant guest atmosphere
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team to uphold Andaz service standards
- Partner with culinary, bar, and resort leadership to execute high-quality service and seasonal programming
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and implement improvements that elevate the overall experience
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Drive revenue through upselling, creative activations, and exceptional service delivery
