This position is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of Concession Outlets, Bars, Vending operations, and Catered Events. The Food & Beverage Manager will lead efforts to organize and strategically plan events in close coordination with event coordinators and sales teams, utilizing historic data and event trends to forecast and meet guest demands efficiently.
