The manager actively monitors customer satisfaction during events, promptly resolving any guest concerns with professionalism. Additionally, the role involves reviewing monthly financial performance, addressing variances with corrective action plans when necessary, collaborating with the venue Chef and Sales Manager on menu development to maintain guest appeal while controlling food costs, and ensuring proper inventory management to prevent waste or loss.
