Job Requirements

  • Recent graduate from an accredited Hotel Management program
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate appropriate prioritization skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Work authorization in the United States or eligibility to obtain a J-1 Visa

Job Duties

  • Gain first-hand experience doing a rotational training providing personalized and gracious service in the The Pen Top Bar Clement Restaurant & Bar Gotham Lounge and In Room Dining
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage management team to perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards
  • Understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service
  • Ensure consistency of the Food & Beverage service and food offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all outlets
  • Support management in resolving guest concerns and enhancing service quality
