- Recent graduate from an accredited Hotel Management program
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate appropriate prioritization skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Customer-service oriented
- Work authorization in the United States or eligibility to obtain a J-1 Visa

Job Duties
- Gain first-hand experience doing a rotational training providing personalized and gracious service in the The Pen Top Bar Clement Restaurant & Bar Gotham Lounge and In Room Dining
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage management team to perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards
- Understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service
- Ensure consistency of the Food & Beverage service and food offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all outlets
- Support management in resolving guest concerns and enhancing service quality
