Job Description
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a world-renowned luxury hospitality company recognized for its exceptional service, sophisticated style, and innovative approach to hotel management. Established as a global leader in the upscale hotel industry, Four Seasons operates a collection of uniquely designed properties, offering guests personalized experiences that blend comfort, style, and impeccable service standards. The company’s commitment to excellence has earned it a loyal international clientele and numerous awards and accolades for outstanding hospitality. With properties in major cities and resort destinations worldwide, Four Seasons continues to set the benchmark in luxury accommodations and guest satisfaction.
Located in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, Four Seasons Miami perfectly combines a poolside paradise with sleek city living. Situated above the trendy Brickell Avenue, the hotel offers guests a unique blend of the excitement of big city adventures alongside the relaxation of a tropical retreat. The lifestyle-inspired lobby welcomes visitors with a warm and contemporary ambiance, enhanced by flavorful dining experiences and a retreat-like sun-kissed two-acre sanctuary for relaxation. The property overlooks the striking Miami skyline, easily accessible to the city’s art, dining, and entertainment scenes.
The current opening is for a full-time Manager in Training (MIT) position at Four Seasons Miami. This robust leadership development program is designed to cultivate future managerial talent by providing comprehensive training and exposure to various departments within the hotel. The goal is to prepare the MIT for promotion to an Assistant Manager role upon successful completion of the program, typically within the first 12 months, contingent on performance. Throughout the program, the MIT will learn Four Seasons’ rigorous service standards, operational procedures, and leadership techniques. They will gradually assume supervisory responsibilities across multiple departments, gaining a holistic understanding of hotel management and guest services.
This role suits passionate individuals who aspire to grow within the hospitality industry and who thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. Four Seasons values team members who are eager to push their limits, engage collaboratively with colleagues, and deliver exceptional experiences to guests. The company culture emphasizes treating coworkers and guests with respect and kindness, fostering a community-oriented workplace that champions personal and professional development.
Four Seasons Miami is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. The company encourages applications from minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, promoting an inclusive workplace culture. This is a unique opportunity for emerging hospitality leaders to gain hands-on experience in a luxury setting while being supported by a company that values employee growth and workplace harmony. The Manager in Training program equips candidates with the skills needed to succeed in senior leadership roles, blending practical management experience with a dedication to exceptional guest service.
