Job Requirements
- Full availability for shifts
- Ability to manage a team of 10-15 front-of-house employees per shift
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Experience with cost control measures for food, beverage, and labor
- Strong leadership qualities and decision-making skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality management is highly advantageous
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years food and beverage leadership experience
- Prior hotel leadership experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of union environments highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven record of maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality and service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Directs and organizes food and beverage department activities to maintain high standards
- Plans and directs administration and operations of the food and beverage outlets
- Implements controls on food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates front-of-house staff
- Maximizes guest service quality and financial profitability
- Supports team members to deliver outstanding customer service
