Job Requirements

  • Full availability for shifts
  • Ability to manage a team of 10-15 front-of-house employees per shift
  • Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
  • Experience with cost control measures for food, beverage, and labor
  • Strong leadership qualities and decision-making skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality management is highly advantageous

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years food and beverage leadership experience
  • Prior hotel leadership experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of union environments highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively
  • Proven record of maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality and service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Directs and organizes food and beverage department activities to maintain high standards
  • Plans and directs administration and operations of the food and beverage outlets
  • Implements controls on food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates front-of-house staff
  • Maximizes guest service quality and financial profitability
  • Supports team members to deliver outstanding customer service
