Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Food & Beverage leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high quality standards

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate Food & Beverage staff
  • Maximize profits through outstanding customer service and effective marketing
  • Maintain high standards of service and quality in multiple Food & Beverage outlets
