Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in F&B team leadership or supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to comply with company policies and federal employment laws

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage service leadership
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations
  • Proven ability in staff training and development
  • Understanding of financial management including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate service and culinary performance
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage teams
  • Familiarity with liquor and wine selection and pricing strategies

Job Duties

  • Provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service
  • Ensure meals are delivered timely with attention to plating, portion and temperature
  • Develop cost savings and labor retention strategies
  • Train staff in service sequence and product knowledge
  • Lead service education and training programs
  • Evaluate restaurant service performance daily
  • Coordinate timely food production
  • Work with Chef to ensure food quality and presentation
  • Participate in food product evaluation and kitchen staff development
  • Manage selection, pricing and procurement of liquors and wines
  • Assist in creating financial objectives and budgeting
  • Execute and enhance annual marketing plan
  • Focus on cost control including sales and payroll
  • Supervise non-supervisory service employees
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws
