The role of Food and Beverage Supervisor is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant and bar areas. This full-time role is integral to supervising, training, and motivating all staff members within the food and beverage departments—including restaurant servers, kitchen staff, banquet teams, and bartenders. The supervisor ensures that all associates perform their duties to the highest standards, maintaining the quality and safety expected from the establishment. This position also involves scheduling staff, managing inventory, maintaining communication between management and staff, and overseeing liquor security procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in various meetings to align operations with business goals and maintain proper sanitation and operational standards throughout the restaurant. Job Requirements
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations as it relates to food and liquor
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Will be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays
- Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for guests

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in food and beverage operations preferred
Job Duties
- Efficiently supervise, guide and train all restaurant, kitchen, banquet and bar associates in how to perform their job duties to the best of their abilities
- Schedule, evaluate and direct all F&B personnel, including providing disciplinary action if necessary
- Keep open communication between management and associates
- Ensure appropriate inventory of supplies and materials needed for associates to perform their jobs
- Establish, direct and review liquor procedures to ensure adequate security and accountability
- Participate in department meetings, weekly staff meetings, weekly restaurant, and monthly food and supplies inventory
- Maintain constant control of sanitation levels and operating standards for the restaurant
