Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Four-year college degree in business administration or food and beverage management preferred
- Minimum of five years management experience in food and beverage or casino environments preferred
- Ability to demonstrate excellent work habits and exceptional service
- High level of professionalism, including appearance, attendance, reliability, and ethics
- Ability to employ positive and professional communication with guests and coworkers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Compliance with all food, beverage, liquor, health, safety regulations and relevant laws
Job Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in business administration or food and beverage management preferred
- Minimum of five years experience in management roles within high volume or fast-paced food and beverage departments or casino environments preferred
- Skilled in POS, Excel, Word and time and attendance software
- Appropriate licensure
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Interact effectively with the public and team members
- Perform excellent customer service at all times
- Enforce performance standards and company policies related to the food and beverage department
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations continuously
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and team member relations
- Comply with all food and beverage health, liquor, safety regulations and applicable laws
- Review financial statements and forecast revenue and labor figures
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Provide input to Director and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage regarding operational needs
- Supervise assistant managers, supervisors and indirectly supervise all venue team members
- Interview, hire, train, appraise, reward, and discipline team members
- Address complaints and resolve problems
