The Food & Beverage Management role at Chukchansi Gold is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all operations within the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring seamless service and adherence to company standards and gaming regulations. This leadership role demands a proactive approach to managing team member performance and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The manager will be tasked with enforcing company policies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency to support the resort's reputation for excellence.
In this role, the manager will interact directly with both the public and team members, fostering a dynamic and positive working environment. They will supervise assistant managers, supervisors, and venue team members, ensuring that each individual performs their duties in alignment with the organization's objectives. The position requires a meticulous approach to health, safety, liquor, and food service regulations, with an emphasis on delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
Financial acumen is essential, as the manager will review financial statements, forecast revenues, and control labor costs within the department. They will collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to identify operational issues and implement strategic solutions. Beyond operational oversight, the role includes significant supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members, as well as managing discipline and conflict resolution when necessary.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Four-year college degree in business administration or food and beverage management preferred
- Minimum of five years management experience in food and beverage or casino environments preferred
- Ability to demonstrate excellent work habits and exceptional service
- High level of professionalism, including appearance, attendance, reliability, and ethics
- Ability to employ positive and professional communication with guests and coworkers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Compliance with all food, beverage, liquor, health, safety regulations and relevant laws
Job Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in business administration or food and beverage management preferred
- Minimum of five years experience in management roles within high volume or fast-paced food and beverage departments or casino environments preferred
- Skilled in POS, Excel, Word and time and attendance software
- Appropriate licensure
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
