Job Requirements

  • ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • comfortable working in both managerial and hands-on cooking roles
  • strong organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in food and beverage operations with hands-on culinary experience required
  • previous hotel experience preferred ideally within Hilton Garden Inn or similar select-service brands
  • strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
  • ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Lead all kitchen operations including breakfast service, evening dining, and banquet catering
  • prepare and execute menu items while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards
  • manage food ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • control food cost, waste, and portioning
  • oversee and manage all food and beverage outlets including breakfast service, evening dining, bar operations, and meeting space/banquet program
  • oversee daily restaurant and bar operations including service standards and guest experience
  • manage banquet and catering execution for meetings and events
