Job Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in food and beverage operations with hands-on culinary experience required
- previous hotel experience preferred ideally within Hilton Garden Inn or similar select-service brands
- strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
- ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Lead all kitchen operations including breakfast service, evening dining, and banquet catering
- prepare and execute menu items while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- manage food ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- control food cost, waste, and portioning
- oversee and manage all food and beverage outlets including breakfast service, evening dining, bar operations, and meeting space/banquet program
- oversee daily restaurant and bar operations including service standards and guest experience
- manage banquet and catering execution for meetings and events
