Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of three years experience in food and beverage management
- ability to direct and manage multiple outlets
- strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- flexibility to work varied hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- proficiency in relevant software and point of sale systems
- excellent problem-solving capabilities

Job Duties
- assure attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all food and beverage outlets room service lounge and banquets
- maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs
- direct the work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
- perform administrative executive and professional tasks
- use discretion and independent judgement in decision-making
- continually work towards improving food and beverage sales revenues to exceed budget
- oversee daily operations and resolve service issues
