Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of three years experience in food and beverage management
  • ability to direct and manage multiple outlets
  • strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • flexibility to work varied hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in relevant software and point of sale systems
  • excellent problem-solving capabilities

Job Duties

  • assure attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all food and beverage outlets room service lounge and banquets
  • maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs
  • direct the work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
  • perform administrative executive and professional tasks
  • use discretion and independent judgement in decision-making
  • continually work towards improving food and beverage sales revenues to exceed budget
  • oversee daily operations and resolve service issues
