The Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager role at Eurest presents an exciting opportunity to lead operations within the American Airlines Lounge at Denver Airport. This position requires a highly motivated and versatile leader adept at managing both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) aspects of the lounge’s food and beverage service. The manager's primary focus is to ensure exceptional guest experiences for American Airlines customers by delivering high-quality food and beverage offerings paired with outstanding service. The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the lounge's daily operations, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, and cultivating a positive team culture that aligns with the premium American Airlines lounge experience.

This leadership role demands strong operational management skills, including scheduling, inventory control, and labor cost oversight. The manager will train, develop, and mentor a dedicated team of associates focused on delivering quality and exceeding guest expectations. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, is essential due to the lounge's operational schedule. With a salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 and classified under Pay Grade 13, this position offers a competitive compensation package reflective of the responsibilities involved. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of food and beverage management experience
  • ability to work weekends and evenings
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in team training and development
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage inventory and labor costs

Job Qualifications

  • Food and beverage management experience in hotel, restaurant, chain, or multi-unit operations
  • experience with food costing and inventory management
  • labor costs and scheduling oversight experience
  • minimum 2 years of high volume food and beverage experience
  • demonstrated passion for guest service
  • self-motivated and able to work in a multicultural environment
