- Work with business support partners to lead day-to-day department functions in alignment with corporate objectives
- Connect with guests to create engaging and welcoming experiences
- Provide exceptional dining experiences that are timely and seamless
- Deliver a best-in-class beverage selection and service
- Ensure seamless and operationally invisible service experience
- Manage service counter operations and transactions
- Lead and develop the café team to enhance employee experience
