Job Duties

  • Work with business support partners to lead day-to-day department functions in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Connect with guests to create engaging and welcoming experiences
  • Provide exceptional dining experiences that are timely and seamless
  • Deliver a best-in-class beverage selection and service
  • Ensure seamless and operationally invisible service experience
  • Manage service counter operations and transactions
  • Lead and develop the café team to enhance employee experience
