Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably in hotel or resort
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
- proficiency in menu planning and development
- knowledge of inventory management and ordering
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- servsafe certification is preferred
- able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
