Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably in hotel or resort
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
  • proficiency in menu planning and development
  • knowledge of inventory management and ordering
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • servsafe certification is preferred
  • able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check

Job Qualifications
