The Food and Beverage Manager at JW Marriott Essex House New York holds a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operations, including culinary services, restaurants, beverage offerings, and room service operations. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can manage all facets of food and beverage departments to enhance guest satisfaction and employee engagement while maintaining high standards and achieving financial goals. The incumbent will demonstrate thorough knowledge and compliance with all food and beverage laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry. They will also develop and implement the business plan for the food and beverage segment, focusing on profitability, quality, and innovative service experiences.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations, supervising and developing staff through coaching and mentoring, and fostering a culture of motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
