Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary areas
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
- 2 years professional experience in food and beverage or related area
- ability to manage teams and food and beverage operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to handle guest and employee concerns
- proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- leadership and coaching skills

- availability to work full time

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience
- knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to develop and manage budgets
- customer service expertise
- effective communication skills
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for food and beverage departments
- maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations
- utilizes budgets to understand financial objectives
- manages the food and beverage departments (not catering sales)
- supervises and manages employees and day-to-day operations
- oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations
- provides excellent customer service and responds proactively to guest and employee concerns
- conducts performance reviews and coaches team members
- ensures all banquet functions meet or exceed guest expectations
- complies with corporate accounting procedures and drives effective departmental communication
