Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage department
  • proven experience managing multiple outlets
  • strong financial skills including labor management, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
  • hands-on leadership style
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • familiarity with full-service or luxury hotel operations is preferred

  • collaborate with culinary leadership to guarantee quality and service
  • enhance operational efficiency while maintaining an exceptional guest experience
  • ensure compliance with brand standards, health, and safety regulations
