Job Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership experience in hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage department
- proven experience managing multiple outlets
- strong financial skills including labor management, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
- hands-on leadership style
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- familiarity with full-service or luxury hotel operations is preferred
