Job Description
Glenmoor Country Club, founded in 1985, is an upscale, family-oriented private club and golf course located in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. Situated just west of Belleview and I-25, Glenmoor offers a premium environment with superior facilities designed to create an exceptional, family-friendly member experience. Over the years, Glenmoor has built a stellar reputation for leadership, innovation, and expertise within the private club industry. The club is renowned for fostering creativity and talent among its team members, encouraging them to develop new solutions and meet evolving member demands with top-tier services and products. This commitment to excellence has made Glenmoor a highly esteemed destination in the Denver metro area for private club members and guests seeking an unparalleled hospitality experience.
As a Food & Beverage Manager at Glenmoor Country Club, you will hold an essential leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing all food and beverage functions across multiple dining outlets. This full-time exempt position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $78,000 based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, vacation and sick pay accruals, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid holidays, and more. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will manage daily staff schedules, maintain labor budgets, and ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak periods such as evenings, weekends, tournaments, banquets, and member events.
The role requires hands-on involvement in coaching, mentoring, and holding service staff accountable to meet high standards in an upscale hospitality environment. You will lead a diverse team comprising bussers, servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff, maintaining training materials, service protocols, and standard operating procedures. Glenmoor is undergoing a major renovation of its clubhouse, creating a unique opportunity for the Food & Beverage Manager to assist with operational transitions and the grand opening of some of the most modern club facilities in the Denver metro area. This includes adapting operations within temporary trailer offices and kitchen spaces, supporting staff development during the transition, and reinforcing Glenmoor’s non-tipping service model.
Success in this role hinges on strong organizational skills, labor management expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively within a dynamic hospitality setting. You will collaborate closely with culinary and club leadership teams to launch new menus, educate staff, and deliver impeccable service execution. Additionally, building and nurturing professional relationships with club members to exceed their expectations and foster a welcoming environment is a vital part of your responsibilities.
Glenmoor also prioritizes employee growth and provides opportunities for advancement and continuing education within a beautiful, engaging work environment complemented by golf privileges and branded attire. The role averages 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to work varied shifts during busy periods. Join Glenmoor Country Club to contribute to an esteemed private club dedicated to superior service, member satisfaction, and continuous innovation in the food and beverage hospitality sector.
